Localizing US API into Japanese language/ market

We are looking to turn www.cashtie.com and launch it in Japan. We provide an API that connects to local POS - in Japan it ill be 7-11, etc.

We need to translate website, provide developer support (need to hire a engineering support rep) and market in Japan.

Any suggestion for:

  • translation service (website with fresh content)
  • translation API documentation (more technical in nature)
  • where to hire developer support / api onboarder
