I have 6 months experience as Qlikview developer, is it difficult to find the same position in Japan for a foreigner?

I’m not familiar with Qlikview, but my impression is it is a pretty specialized tool. So I think to find a job here with it, you would need to have fluent Japanese.
By the way, Paul, is it Business Intelligence field is common or popular in Japan?
