Parttime freelancing job permissiin

Im software engineer and have have Engineer visa for 5years. Im working in a japanese company as a full time employee. But i want to know can i do the parttime freelacing software engineer job in other company with my current fulltime job?

Please let me know if anyone have idea.

As long as 1) your current full time company allows it, 2) you file your own tax form, 3) your partite job type matches your visa (green :heavy_check_mark:️ judging from your description) I believe you’re good to go.
